“I came here intending to write my first-ever customer review. I stopped in to have my battery and alternator checked, and it turned out I needed a new battery. I have a newer Highlander, and the battery was installed quickly—I was back on the road in no time.

However, shortly after leaving, my radio started flashing on and off. I turned around and went back to the store, but was met with confusion from the employee on duty and no clear solution. He was the one who installed the battery.

Thankfully, I personally know one of the employees, Tonya, who was off shift at the time. I gave her a call, knowing she would do what she could to help. She guided the on shift employee on what should have been done initially—using a memory saver before installing the new battery—but even then, he wasn’t able to resolve the issue and I just had to leave with the problem still remaining.

I left feeling frustrated, as this situation could have been avoided with proper procedure. I explained everything to Tonya, and she went above and beyond—she invited me to her home and fixed the issue in five minutes.

That level of customer service—especially from someone off the clock—is truly exceptional. Tonya deserves recognition for her dedication and willingness to help when others could not.”
