“Sparks is now the ONLY garage I'll ever use as long as I'm living in (or near) Richmond! They've done work for me a few times now, and I've never once had an issue with anything at all. Chris and everyone there are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The shop is cleaner than any car garage I've ever seen. And today, I had to take my car in for quite a bit of work with alignment and suspension 5 hours later than I said I would be there (I did call the guys first and tell them). Chris was upfront and told me it would likely be tomorrow before I could pick up my car, which was fine by me. But not even 5 full hours later, he called and the work was done, so I was only without my car for less than half a day for all that work! Oh, and he put my wiper blades on for me at no extra cost! And that was ON TOP OF how incredibly busy the garage was not including my work! Cannot recommend a better garage than this!”

“Went for a low tire. They were a bit busy but I went in with out an appointment. They were so nice to everyone. My tire was fixed filled They gave me information about the questions I asked. This other woman came in for steering issues. They put her car up told her what was needed gave her options. Sqeezed her in knowing they did not have time for her, filled up her fluids gave her prices for what she really needs to get done. Great service.”

“Always great service at this location. I drive from Lexington, KY, just to get my cars serviced here. The only problem is they stay busy (because they do good work) so you might want to get there early.”
