“One of my cars broke down 60 miles from home and I needed a tow back home. I called AAA and there partner, Classic Towing, picked up my car. I can honestly say that Classic Towing's communication from beginning to end was exceptional! I was updated throughout the entire process, and personally called by the Tow driver Jeff several times with estimated times of arrival. Jeff even provided me wise counsel about my car issues which was more than what the mechanics in the other city would do for me. In today's age, It was nice to experience great customer service when you really need it, and Jeff and Classic Towing provided that for me. Thank you! (an appreciative customer!)”
