“Called them today to assist in getting my 2014 Jetta GLi door open/towed. Battery died and car decided the manual key on the drivers side door wasn’t working. He was able to get it open with some tools then towed me to Ken towerys. Solid price of 120$ all in all. I would reccomend this guy to anyone.”

“What started off as a rocky experience was quickly and professionally smoothed over. Imperial Towing was assigned as my recovery company for a voluntary surrender, and once the assignment went through, Ron reached out to coordinate the pickup.
There were a few moments of phone tag and some initial confusion, but Ron handled everything with patience and professionalism. He picked up the vehicle first thing the next morning and even drove to a nearby city to meet me at work so he could collect the keys.

“Helped me out tremendously getting my dually 3500 towed to a shop, before they closed. I called them within 2 hours of shop closing, they got my truck picked up and delivered with a hour to spare. After another tow company sent 2 different trucks to come get mine and because they sent wrong truck wanted to remove my driveshaft and charge me more to haul it. This is a good company that catches a bad rep for doing their job towing illegally parked cars. And they’ve gotten me before lol. Thanks a lot guys.”
