“My car was DEAD unable to be jumped. I had originally called in for a jump and had to change the order to a tow. My phone died in the middle of this. Did I mention I'm 2 hours from home? My tow truck driver (I believe his name is Robert, I'm very tired and can't think but he drives a DISCO TOW TRUCK) sat with me and charged my phone and ran his heater for me while my phone charged. I felt very safe and very taken care of. 5 stars.”

Slim’s was here in, like, fifteen minutes from my call to dispatch even despite the awful road conditions and they helped me get my Titan liberated in a series of small, careful steps and the driver didn’t make me feel like an idiot. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth it—I’m back on the road before nightfall.”

“Helped me out tremendously getting my dually 3500 towed to a shop, before they closed. I called them within 2 hours of shop closing, they got my truck picked up and delivered with a hour to spare. After another tow company sent 2 different trucks to come get mine and because they sent wrong truck wanted to remove my driveshaft and charge me more to haul it. This is a good company that catches a bad rep for doing their job towing illegally parked cars. And they’ve gotten me before lol. Thanks a lot guys.”
