“Quick service, with reasonable price! Called two other services and got voicemails before calling here and the representative answered quickly. She was very helpful and gave a price upfront. Service was dispatched and arrived within 20 mins. Driver also took me to the my drop off location.”
“Called them today to assist in getting my 2014 Jetta GLi door open/towed. Battery died and car decided the manual key on the drivers side door wasn’t working. He was able to get it open with some tools then towed me to Ken towerys. Solid price of 120$ all in all. I would reccomend this guy to anyone.”

“Great experience. My car broke down in Lexington and Mike took my car back to Louisville, and then even dropped me back off at home when I asked if he could due to how late it was (though I paid extra for the ride home - but I was fine with that.) Mike was so courteous and easy to talk to on the almost 2 hour drive back. Thankful that they were able to help me out on such short notice !! Definitely recommend, though hope to not need a tow for a very long time lol”

“What started off as a rocky experience was quickly and professionally smoothed over. Imperial Towing was assigned as my recovery company for a voluntary surrender, and once the assignment went through, Ron reached out to coordinate the pickup.
There were a few moments of phone tag and some initial confusion, but Ron handled everything with patience and professionalism. He picked up the vehicle first thing the next morning and even drove to a nearby city to meet me at work so he could collect the keys.
Thanks to his effort and communication, the vehicle was returned to the lender and a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders—all within 48 hours. I’m extremely thankful for how smoothly everything ended up going.

“Hit debris on highway, blow out. Call for a tow truck. The friendliness of the driver was on point, very professional. Towed it to Walmart for a new tire. John Wilson was the operator. He went in a closed tire center and pleaded my case.
I was taking my terminal cancer friend to his cousins funeral whom had passed from cancer. I would miss the Funeral the next morning. They reopened the tire center and put on a new tire. “Helped me out tremendously getting my dually 3500 towed to a shop, before they closed. I called them within 2 hours of shop closing, they got my truck picked up and delivered with a hour to spare. After another tow company sent 2 different trucks to come get mine and because they sent wrong truck wanted to remove my driveshaft and charge me more to haul it. This is a good company that catches a bad rep for doing their job towing illegally parked cars. And they’ve gotten me before lol. Thanks a lot guys.”
