“We were caught in an unforeseen mediocre crisis on our first road trip with our new-to-us class C RV when we had a flat tire on the freeway well out of state with our three young kids in the 90 degree plus heat. We called ERS and several auto shops without luck or availability same day. We carefully pulled off the freeway and stumbled upon Bryant's. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help us out right away despite obviously working on several other jobs. They did thoughtful problem solving on the spot and found us two new tires (of equal age and thread) so we could use the one we had on the same side as a spare. They were able to get us all set and back on the road feeling comfortable in a very short amount of time without charging us outlandish labor fees (which they could have). We would absolutely recommend this wonderful business for your auto needs!”

“June 2024 we made our road trip from Florida to Iowa. The check engine light came on and the AC stopped working. Ambient temperature was 99F that day so this was an urgent situation. Sherry and her son Darryl were awesome. So positive and ready to help us! Darryl diagnosed exactly the problem - a faulty electronic thermostat leading to a fuse shorting out. They didn't have the part but the expert diagnosis made it possible for us to find a dealer a little further down the road who replaced the faulty part and we were back on the road!”
“Excellent customer experience this past Saturday! We were traveling on 75 and had an alternator going out. We were over two hours from home and three hours from our destination. Dr. P (John, Crystal, and crew) was technically closed for construction, but still answered the phone. After hearing our situation, they offered to look at our vehicle. They worked on our van as if they were open for normal business hours. We were quickly back on the road. Their customer service and kindness turned what could have been a difficult situation into nothing more than an unexpected stop. Thank you!!!”

“I had initially went to Johnny Wheels to see about getting a couple of tires mounted an balanced, come to find out, I had been sold 2 trailer tires, mind you they are supposed to be for a Chevy S10 truck, so the nice man informed me that those tires wouldn't even fit my truck... & He was compassionate enough to still air my tire up that was almost completely flat.. A month later the AC stopped working so I took it back in and they fixed the part at no charge to me. Very honest and professional people. I will continue taking my car here for any repair needs.”
“We were heading to WI from SC when my truck broke down at 2:30am. My insurance company couldn't get any tow companies to answer their phone. After parts stores started opening, the manager at O'Reillys suggested we call Quality Care. We called to hear the voice mail say they opened in 30 minutes but didn't catch the 24hr number, so we called right back only to have them answer the phone. They had two rollbacks out to us within 20 minutes to get us, my truck, and the trailer we were towing. Don't know how to recommend a good place to break down, but this company and the town of Williamsburg would be the best place to do it. Would give this company and it's employees 100 stars if it would allow me to.”

“Service was fantastic and the helpfulness of employees was top tier. The only downside to this service is the wait time. I tend to feel better that my chevy is in the hands of those experienced with chevys. Not everyone is experienced with cars and what it takes to keep them running. If this is the case, this place it great for explaining it.”
“I have used these guys many times and I can't think of a bad experience with them. Usually decently quick and I everything I have had them rebuild has work as it should when I got it back with no problems. Also there price point is right, I would say the MAJORITY of the time they can rebuild most things for less then the parts house sell re-man replacement.”
