“My very large dog, decided to jump all over my truck, he scratched several panels all over my vehicle. I had previously had a vehicle buffed twice and a ceramic coating put on the truck to protect the paint. Most of the scratches went right through. Needless to say everything but my hood and the top of the roof of my truck had to be painted and fixed. Words cannot express how beautiful my truck looks. What a great and amazing job they did. They also picked me up because I didn't have a ride to get my vehicle. Everyone at the shop was so nice and friendly and very professional”

“We were heading to WI from SC when my truck broke down at 2:30am. My insurance company couldn't get any tow companies to answer their phone. After parts stores started opening, the manager at O'Reillys suggested we call Quality Care. We called to hear the voice mail say they opened in 30 minutes but didn't catch the 24hr number, so we called right back only to have them answer the phone. They had two rollbacks out to us within 20 minutes to get us, my truck, and the trailer we were towing. Don't know how to recommend a good place to break down, but this company and the town of Williamsburg would be the best place to do it. Would give this company and it's employees 100 stars if it would allow me to.”

We were traveling and hauling a vehicle, we needed tires for the car hauling trailer and these guys were able to fit us in at last minute not long before closing time! “In 7 years of driving I have had 2 instances where I’ve required help from a shop. Due to family I go from northern Indiana to Georgia at least once a year and both times my troubles happened middle of my trip here in Williamsburg. The first time two years ago I had a basic flat tire but needed it changed quickly to continue the rest of my trip. Going to the walmart they didn’t have the size tire to get it done that day, and recommended Rowlands. Rowlands had it changed within an hour and I was back on the road. This second time was because of a bad alternator and battery, which finally gave out once again in Williamsburg. When getting my car towed to the only shop the tow man said might could get it fixed in a day I realized when we pulled in it was Rowlands, the same shop from two years prior. Just like before quick, easy, and a good price. Thank you Jim, David, and the rest of the crew for staying late and helping me get back on the road in one day again, so I wouldn’t miss a family wedding. This town should be thankful to have a crew/shop like this, and I’m very fortunate that In both times I needed help this is where It happened to be, they aren’t all this good!!”
