“We were traveling through the area from IL and blew a tire. Local tow company recommended this shop, as Walmart didnt have what we needed. With it being Sunday the shop was closed but they got us in right away on Monday morning and were able to get back on the road within 1.5hrs of opening. They were quick and affordable! Highly recommend!”

“My wife and I were traveling from Northeast Florida to Cincinatti OH. Just south of the Kentucky state line when we hit a giant piece of blown out semi tire tread on the interstate. It basically took the whole front air dam bumper etc off. Found out later it pushed the coolers and radiator backwards. So we called for a tow through our insurance and it wasn't too long that a guy showed up. I had picked Bill Berry's from my list on insurance app. Knowing nothing about ANY business I looked and saw they had great reviews. The tow truck driver told us we had picked the right place as he takes all his stuff there when body work is needed.

We arrived at Bill Berry's and were treated like family from start to finish. We were able to get a rental car and continue on to Cincinatti. My insurance company dropped the ball in several different ways, but Todd was patient with them for our sake. Since we didn't want to return to Florida and then have to come all the way back to get the car, Todd assured us as soon as he had all the parts he would commence work right away. Although we had to extend our stay for an extra week, Todd made what was a bad situation a lot better with the fast turn around and awesome job. Car looks like new and I can't be more happy with the whole experience. The only downside is he doesn't have a shop in Florida where we live so we could use him again if needed. Couldn't give ten stars or I would have.”

“We were heading to WI from SC when my truck broke down at 2:30am. My insurance company couldn't get any tow companies to answer their phone. After parts stores started opening, the manager at O'Reillys suggested we call Quality Care. We called to hear the voice mail say they opened in 30 minutes but didn't catch the 24hr number, so we called right back only to have them answer the phone. They had two rollbacks out to us within 20 minutes to get us, my truck, and the trailer we were towing. Don't know how to recommend a good place to break down, but this company and the town of Williamsburg would be the best place to do it. Would give this company and it's employees 100 stars if it would allow me to.”

“I got in and out now problems and got my son a 10 gal fish tank the littler ones had been opened so I was afraid to buy one of those thinking something could had been took out of it or just missing so we went with the bigger one that hadn't been opened, other than that store trip went well”
