"25% off any one tool!" Multiple tools listed on the coupon as "excluding this tool". Oh. And chances are you won't even see the coupon because you will see the add for 25% off any one tool, go in to buy it, then realize at checkout that they scan a coupon to give the discount.”

“Chad and his crew went above and beyond to repair my Jeep Wagoneer. It was damaged in the hail storm in June in Richmond. I waited months for another body shop to pull mine in to be fixed and was told they had to wait for parts. It’s the first new car I have ever owned and it broke my heart every day to see all the damage from the storm. I was recommended to take it to Impact Collision after telling others I was still waiting for repairs. I called and they were able to get it in right away. The whole shop worked in a timely manner, kept me informed of the whole process, and had my car looking as beautiful as the day I bought it when I picked it up. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. My lane assist wasn’t working and the dealership had told me it was from the damage, impact couldn’t find a thing wrong with the actual sensor and even helped me get the dealer to fix it since it wouldn’t be covered by insurance. If I ever need a body shop again, this would be where I would take it!”

Ask for Joe he's great and the Manger is awesome he's always got the answers to my questions!Update... it's different now... new employees I've never met, Joe's gone. I asked about returning a seat cover I was purchasing because I'm unsure if it'll fit properly and the man ringing me out said only if it's unopened. Umm how exactly do you see if it'll work or notif I can't open it? ?Same for another product I was purchasing for my car, I'm not sure it'll fit or not I mean it's cool and I really hope it does but if it doesn't guess I'm out the cash because I can't determine this unless I open it? “Service is good. The guy got right on the computer, told me exactly how much I would need. He knew quite a bit about the vehicle. Was able to buy a single manifold gasket instead of the whole kit like every other store I'll talk to. Hook the vehicle up for me and ran through the diagnostics with me reassuring me what I was thinking was wrong was wrong. Plus gave me extra information on how to keep my truck tip top! If you walk in the South advanced Auto parts in Somerset Kentucky look for the cowboy hat a kid knows his stuff and was very well-mannered! Needs a raise thank you”

“I purchased a used 2017 Chevy Malibu Premier from Danny Sweet. He was very helpful. They do attempt to upsale extras such as extended warranties and the like at closing but overall, still a good experience. I have experienced a few issues with my car that have thankfully all been under the warranty and this is where I feel they really showed their level of professionalism and true customer courtesy. Each time my car has been in their shop I have been provided with a courtesy vehicle to drive. All of the service guys have been very nice and helpful. Mr. Joe Cummins was who I dealt with while having a issue on a weekend and he made sure I had a car to drive until they reopened on Monday. He didn’t make me feel like I was a bother at all even though I know it was a very inconvenient time for him as he had other customers he was helping as well. The service after the sale has been exceptional and although I have had some issues with my car I would still highly recommend them as they stand behind their vehicles and keep the process as hassle free as possible.”

“This is one of few Auto Care Centers through Walmart that I felt actually cared what happened to me, as well as my vehicle. I found myself in a bad situation without funds or any cards that would work, and I absolutely had to have a new tire in order to continue working my current shift with DoorDash. The employees pooled together and purchased a new tire for my car so that I could continue working and getting around. When I returned to reimburse them they would not accept the payment. Only advised me to pay it forward. This is a rare occurrence in today's time and that's what gave this auto center a unique place in my heart . So not only would I recommend it I would give it 5 enthusiastic stars.”
