“This is our home Kroger, and I love it. You may have some trouble here finding someone to help you, since it seems they are a little understaffed. We love this Kroger because they have the shopping carts with the holders for car seats, and the store is always cleaner than the ones in Louisville. A guy (his name was Anthony, long beard, with a piercing) was so so helpful to me the other day while I was trying to pick out cheeses for a specific event. He seemed very knowledgeable and was willing to come over and help me figure out what I needed without me even having to flag someone down. I have never gotten expired or rotten food here like I have at the Walmart in town, and with the exception of food recalls, my in-season produce is always in stock and easy to find.”
“I do all my grocery shopping here and all the holidays needs. Living in rural area not many stores to shop at that's near by. I also have my RX filled there too. I love Walmart for all my one stop shopping needs, great savings on prices of items and don't have to waste gas driving all over the place for stuff.♥️♥️♥️”

“We as a family use this pharmacy quite often. As a previous pharmacy technician when I was younger, I know how difficult and stressful this job can be dealing with insurance, doctors offices and patients can be very tricky when they have their arms tied. I just want to recognize a few of the technicians who are always cool calming collected no matter what the situation may bring. Chad, Jamie, Anya and Micshelle. If they’re not smiling, when they come to the window, they end up smiling during our time. People need to be recognized more often and need more good reviews on how hard they work instead of only looking at the bad Kroger Is a big pharmacy and not everybody is willing to get a job or work right now so I know it is rough but they keep everything Under control as well as never rushing a customer to get to the next. We are that very thankful for our Kroger pharmacy team. They deserve a little party or something for all that they do for everybody out and Shelby county! Pharmacist, I know you work hard as well and you always give your honest opinions and I always always trust what you say so thank you all so much!!! -DAXT”

“I’m honestly surprised. Most Kroger stores I go to usually have pretty poor customer service, but not this one. The young man Kayden gave me great customer service. For some reason the Arizona Tea said it was in the deli, but he helped me locate it quickly and was overall very polite and helpful. Great store. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

Reasons for a 4 instead of a 5:
1) don’t try to call ahead for a pick up order, the phone has never been answered on our multiple attempts on different days.
2) space is a little tight and somewhat overwhelming at first
3) parking can get scarce during lunchtime, get there early!”
