“We as a family use this pharmacy quite often. As a previous pharmacy technician when I was younger, I know how difficult and stressful this job can be dealing with insurance, doctors offices and patients can be very tricky when they have their arms tied. I just want to recognize a few of the technicians who are always cool calming collected no matter what the situation may bring. Chad, Jamie, Anya and Micshelle. If they’re not smiling, when they come to the window, they end up smiling during our time. People need to be recognized more often and need more good reviews on how hard they work instead of only looking at the bad Kroger Is a big pharmacy and not everybody is willing to get a job or work right now so I know it is rough but they keep everything Under control as well as never rushing a customer to get to the next. We are that very thankful for our Kroger pharmacy team. They deserve a little party or something for all that they do for everybody out and Shelby county! Pharmacist, I know you work hard as well and you always give your honest opinions and I always always trust what you say so thank you all so much!!! -DAXT”

Got upset someone rude to Chris.
Got my medicine and seen her shopping . So I asked her why she was rude in to him hes kind.
She said it took to long . So I asked if she had shopping to do ? Yes but need medicine. Can you do your shopping and come back . Yes .

“I know that a lot of us are having trouble with pharmacies these days… And it is a little bit hard to get a hold of someone at CVS… But when you are able to leave a voicemail they will call you back…
I had a very good experience today in working out some challenges with a prescription. I just want to give a public thank you to the staff at this pharmacy… I feel like they do all they can to meet the needs of their customers.

“Just wish they would update the pharmacy hours online instead of just at the window. There hours are mon-fri 9am to 7pm closed from 1 to 130 for lunch and sat is 9am to 6pm closed for lunch 1-130 and Sunday there closed”

“Best customer service of any pharmacy I've ever done business with! I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my prescriptions, I'm always greeted warmly (as are all customers) the second I walk in the door, and they go above and beyond helping the patient with their prescription. For example on a dosing syringe, Shelbyville Pharmacy has a marked label as to what the exact dosage is for my specific prescription. Walgreens rarely even gave us a syringe! Unless we asked for it. Kudos and thank you to Jason Underwood and his entire team!”
