“My grandson hit a pot hole and flattened his tire. We drove to Lexington and changed the tire and brought the flat tire to Shelbyville (home) to have repaired. My wife took the tire to Big O where we had purchased these tires with road hazard. We didn’t have the car or receipt, not a problem for William. William looked up the account by phone number and verified the purchase and had the tire fixed in no time. We have used Big O for three of our cars over the last two years after using Discount Tire for many years! The service we receive at Big O from people like William is the reason! “I had my lawnmower tire pop off the bead and go flat. I got frustrated with trying to get the bead to set right so I took it up here and they fixed it immediately within a couple of minutes. The guy seemed like he didn’t even want anything for it, but I gave him eight dollars cash since that’s what I had in cash with me at the time. Very thankful and super convenient.”
