“Very nice rooms and so clean. I slept like a baby. Huge king size bed and the AC is cold.... Adjustable to your liking. Breakfast available till I think 11 am? Good breakfast, I had mine to go. Lol every one is so nice here and love the location right near 65.
I'm writing this review after checking into the best Western for the second time. I was here a month ago and liked it so much that my wife made reservations again for my second visit to the Louisville area. Shepherdsville is really close for any Louisville appointment/work and I would say staying here in shepherdsville would definitely be a plus compared to going into Louisville for a room. I did not rate service because I never needed anything but when I told the clerk at the desk about a light switch not working right he was on it. Rooms are really clean.
Pictures are of the room I had and as you can see I parked right outside my room. I could see my car easily.”

“For what it is its good. Workers were nice and rooms were clean. There's some floor and wall damage but it's also 30$ cheaper than other places. Definitely bring your own pillows. I found it hard to sleep with the supplied ones. The Water pressure in the shower will take paint off a wall. At least in our room. Felt like a massage. Being pet friendly is a huge plus for me. My dog basil enjoyed being on our vacation with us. Would definitely recommend for people wanting a cheap stay.”

“Look. It's not Four Seasons, it's not Ritz-Carlton, it's not Hilton. You get what you pay for. I think by some of the reviews, people expect luxury rooms for value prices. But the rooms are clean and decent. There were no bugs, no bad smells. The kids were a bit disappointed that there was no pool, but we needed a room for a funeral, not a getaway.
The only negative I have was the breakfast. The orange juice was definitely off. And the bagels were like rocks. The food definitely needs some attention.
But we managed.”
