“Went to new location in Crestwood. Organized, clean and fully stocked, can't get much better than that. Still $1.00 Whoops this time most of stock was $1.25. Some prices need to be compared to other stores. All in all still a good value.”

“Stopped in for just a few things. Preface: I do not like wal-mart. However, during my visit I encountered not one but THREE proactively helpful, friendly employees. One helped us find watches, another volunteered to bring me a cart (which I was in denial about needing), and another helped us with a barcode issue at checkout. Somebody in management take notice, your employees are doing it right!”

“I drive to Crestwood Walmart once a month to stock up. My kids and I were in Bashford Manor Walmart parking lot while a guy was getting stabbed in the head and I was parked, waiting for Pickup, when there was a shooting in the parking lot. So, it's a no-go zone for me. Very safe at Crestwood location. Parking lot is tidy & doesnt look like a giant dumpster. Truly a mystery why this location is so clean. Made a return & it took less than 5 minutes. Cashiers are friendly and cheerful. Everybody bashes Walmart but this location is very nice. Like stepping back in time and shopping in the 80s. Always a very pleasant shopping experience! Worth the 20 min drive.”

“Had an issue with our tires on our way through Kentucky. Ronny and Polly were super helpful, figured out the problem, fixed it, and we were back on the road. It only took Ronny maybe 5 minutes, and he didn't even charge us for it.Nice people, great service.Thank you! God bless you!”
“I walked in the store and was greeted almost immediately by a very nice employee. She asked me if she could help me find anything or if I was looking for anything in particular. I answered that I was just browsing. At that moment I just happened to look down at my shoes and saw that there was some thing ugly looking on the sole of my shoe. The employee also looked at my shoe and saw what I was looking at. She offered to go get me some tissue. That's exactly what she did. She brought back tissue for me so that I could wipe my shoe off. I hobbled out of the store because I did not want what was on my shoes to remain on the floor of the store. Outside of the store I cleaned off my shoe, threw away the tissue and then came back into the store to continue perusing the items. I had a very good experience, and as I walked all around the store another employee also asked me if I needed some help. There were several customers in the store and people were browsing around looking so it wasn't like I was the only person in the store that the employees were just trying to "over help". While I didn't purchase anything, I had a good experience there”
