“I will always go to this location. Savanna was great. She was patient and kind and very knowledgeable and lets just say I asked a lot of questions. She checked my video after someone said I damaged the U-Haul. Cuz I always video my rentals before and after. She also said she saw the stickers that were there before and fell off so j appreciated all her knowledge. Best employee U-Haul has. I’ve been to a bunch and this is my go to now!!! “The staff at Beechgrove is family-oriented, very friendly, VERY helpful. 17 years ago when I moved to this area, it was this same Beechgrove location where I dropped off my UHaul truck, and here I am, 17 years later, renting from the same location to return back to my home state. “I have two boxes in storage at this location that I desperately needed to get into to look for my passport for an unexpected work trip.. They typically require 24 hours notice to access storage boxes to so can locate & bring them out. I called up in a panic in the morning when I realized my passport was in one of the boxes and spoke to a woman who immediately went out and located & got them down as soon as she could. A few hours later I was able to get into my boxes & found my passport! She was beyond helpful & saved my day & trip!!”

“I'm not going to lie at first I was super sketchy because I know that this used to be a little dangerous neighborhood. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised as the neighborhood store had been redone and the people that work there were polite. The U-Haul equipment was clean and they were efficient overall it was a great experience. I paid $110 and was refunded $38.”

“The UHaul attendant on the lot was informative, friendly, and courteous. The process for checking the truck out and returning it was seamless since she was there. I was glad that I did not have to use the UHaul app, though. In my opinion, the app could be made more user-friendly.”
