“Dr. Ben is the best! My girls have been under his care since 2020, I trust him implicitly. He treats my dogs as if they were his own, and I know they are safe with him. He managed my senior dog's Cushings disease until she passed in 2022 as an old lady at 15. He's helped my middle fur child transition from youth into her senior years. And he's been along for the ride with my youngest since I got her at 7 weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Ben!”

Reggie my dog is CraCra at a vet visit BUT Dr. Meyer took her time with him on the ground where he instantly fell for her & parked his butt right in her lap!!! “My senior, soul cat Rupert only visited Howell for about a year or so, but they always treated him exceptionally well, especially during his final days. He became unexpectedly ill and Howell really came through with caring for him on an emergency basis so that he didn't need to spend unnecessary time in pain or discomfort at a large scale emergency vet clinic. Dr. John was so compassionate and sweet when explaining his options and ultimately administering euthanasia to put my sweet boy to rest. “Dr. Helen Garber has been wonderful each time we’ve gone in for wellness exams. What I do really appreciate is the staff will send you emails during the visit about different brands of food or hygiene items to try. FTAH is also very forthcoming about prices of procedures, exams, assessments and meds. I definitely feel like they treat my dog like a member of the family. Dr. Garber will talk with me, address Cash, “talk” with him, examine, spray cheese and whatever else which makes the overall experience feel better instead just a transaction. I may have been there a total of 30-40 minutes today which may seem like a while but truly I wasn’t being rushed out the door and all my questions were answered and follow up was communicated.”
“Have always had professional compassionate pet care from everyone at Covedale Pet Hospital. My pet has numerous medical issues and the staff has always taken time to answer my questions regarding tests, medications, and treatments. “I came from Newtown (Anderson) to come to the best vet (and person in general) in the Cincinnati area. Dr. Scott. I actually searched the internet to find her, since she left the practice near me. She is incredibly smart, and really takes into account how the pet owner is feeling at the time about their pet. If I ever had to have my 18 year old dog put to sleep, she would be the only one I felt comfortable enough with doing it, or I probably never would. Thank you for acting like it was normal to have someone scream because their best friend was gone. (I didn't know that was coming). Thank you for your constant reassurance, and thank you for carrying him away with blankets like he was still alive. His ashes came delivered to my house the next day by the nicest man, also. Thank you Dr.Scott, for helping me come to this decision, because now I see how hard life must have been for him.?”
“Thank you so much for taking care of my dogs. They are a little pricey but they love me dogs. Simeon my BMD had severe diarrhea for two days, It was a nightmare. Everything was back to normal right after the vet visit. I took him to the vet yesterday afternoon and they said He had an intestinal infection. They gave him a Baytril and Dexamethasone injection and put him on Metronidazole pills. It cleared it right up.
I recommend them 100%.”

“I am so very grateful for PetWow Home Veterinary Service! My cat Winston was unable to be seen at a traditional vet's office. His condition was causing quite an unintentionally violent and uncontrollable reaction that had resulted in a nasty injury to my finger when attempting to take him to a local vet. The person who booked his appointment was able to get him in quickly due to a cancellation. Dr. Line and Jordyn were also very caring, understanding, patient, kind, and gentle. Dr. Line was able to diagnose and treat him without incident and answered any questions that I had. Words can not express how relieved I am right now. PetWow - My heroes! Thank you so much!”

“The most patient and pleasant facility I’ve encountered when it comes to my cat and my questions and concerns. Well priced and all around wonderful care. I have 3 cats and I would trust them any time. I don’t recall the woman’s name at the front desk when we came in but she was so sweet and understanding. I’ve lived all around the US and over the years have paid SO much money for my animals to get brushed off at some clinics (obviously this is not a full serviced vet clinic) but I wish they were. They are truly WONDERFUL.”
“Been going here for years and was a little worried when Dr Leick said he was retiring but after a visit with Dr Erbe I can 100% say its business as usual in the best way possible!She is just as knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and amazing as Dr Leick. Same gentle adjustments and my Meeko loved his visit with her.They also were awesome in working to reschedule our appointment when I wasnt comfortable driving in the snow.Happy to see Dr Leick left the practice in amazing hands, literally.”

“I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Doan for roughly 9 years now. When I had my two cats who came down with serious health issues, Dr. Doan and his LOVELY team of nurses were so supportive and kind and did everything they could to be there for us, even through the hardest parts. I’ve done my research and tried other doctors as well, and while they were also fine, something about Dr. Doan and his staff just made us feel more at home. I have a pretty rowdy dog and they have done a great job handling his excitement and anxiety, whereas other clinics have seemed to not handle his rowdiness as well. Dr. Doan has also done a teeth cleaning on my dog and did a great job and I’m about to book another one for my other dog! I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. And I have not once gotten the impression that they were trying to oversell me on my bill or take advantage of me. If you want a staff that doesn’t judge, is kind and welcoming, does everything they can to help, and genuinely cares, this is the perfect clinic for you and your pets.”
