“Nice out in the middle of nowhere place. Very clean, new and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Deli has sandwiches and meats and cheese. More of a grocery store here including fresh veggies, milk, breads. Canned goods, flours and pickles. Great selection of frozen bulk foods. Great price on most things. I will definitely be back.”

“I come here to the store thinking it was ordinary people trying to get by but the food is the real deal. The burgers are so good. I ate four a week getting it down to three smashburgers in a 1 week. They clean. They are professional and I seen them grind the meat and marinate the chicken wings. They're the real deal. Thank you for good food”
“Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable for being a bulk food store. They will go out of their way to help you get the items you need. Absolutely love that I can get the big bag of Cheese Curds to make at home any time I want them!! Although I do wish they would have had more variety of Jell-O and pudding mixes and sizes”

The food here is amazing! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the portion size was generous. The veggies were fresh, and the sauce on top tied everything together beautifully. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a while — highly recommend this place!”

I would come here, getting groceries with my grandaddy. We met some of our relatives here, under that picnic table. I remember sitting there, a few days after my nanny died, (love you, nanny <3) I was talking with one of my mom's friends. I would go to the back kitchen and talk with the ladies about grades and school. If yall were wondering what happened to Thomas Roger's grandbabies, we're okay!! We have moved north, but my sister went back down for a stint. We're doing okay for ourselves. We both found our niches, and I'd say we're happy where we are !!!! ^^ But don't worry. We haven't forgotten about our roots. Hope I can see you guys someday!!! ?????”
“LOVE this Kroger. There's one just down the street from us (Dover Crossing) but we travel the extra few miles to come to this one specifically. I love that you basically get the Publix shopping experience, but the atmosphere doesn't come with a higher price tag on my groceries. I also genuinely love that the aisles are short so shopping isn't made into tediously trudging wondering if what you're looking for is in this one long aisle - shorter and more aisles = more brackets for labeling!
My son loves the taxi shopping carts, which are spacious and large enough to get my shopping done, but aren't clunky and huge so i'm not bumping into corners and stands.
The -only- issue I have with this location is how the carts are all piled up in front of the entrance. It's very uncomfortable going in and coming out with a cart when there's not a lot of space between the carts, myself & family, and other people coming and going. I see how many carts there are, and I suppose I wonder if all of them are genuinely necessary to keep, when mayhaps removing a bunch of them combined with a more intensive system were in place to collect unused carts from the parking lot and such would be more effective? Who knows, I'm not a grocery store manager. It's not the biggest issue and it certainly isn't enough to make me stop coming or lower my review a whole star.
All-in-all, this Kroger took the best parts of Publix and WalMart and kept the Kroger prices to make shopping LITERALLY a pleasure. I now look forward to my shopping trips every week!”
“My 1st going was today and I will certainly be back. Better quality than the grocery store and you support your local community and farmers instead on large corporations !!! They have fresh baked goods too. Lily Hearth’s Sourdough Chocolate Chip cookies are to die for 🥰❤”
“Great little gem. A large portion of the items they sell are out of date, but there are some in date items to be found as well. Prices are fantastic. If you are having problems finding it, look for the pink flamingo. The building number is 465, not 965. Go inside the semi trailers that are straight ahead when you pull in. It is a cold environment so be prepared for that. They do take cash or cards, but there is a service fee if you use a card. You can also pay by check. Starting in January, they will be closed on Wednesdays.”
“It’s a good place to get in and out if the workers are at the counter. At every store there is always a long line and wait. Some cashier is not friendly to the customers.”

Lots of Paw Patrol things if your children or grandchildren like that. I did not find any University of Kentucky Wildcat memorabilia, to me that was the only drawback of the store.”

“This food giant is great, the staff is always friendly and their fried chicken and rotisserie chickens are awesome! but if you're going there for that you got to go a little early no later than 3 p.m. if not they will run out and you will have to wait until the next day. I think everybody in town knows how good their fried Chicken is lol”

“It is ran by a couple that enjoys warmer temperatures. It is very warm inside there. They do not have zero sugar Mountain Dew adult beverages but they do have arbor mist wine.It is difficult to get out of parking lot at times.It is random people hanging around that could or could not make you feel uncomfortable.”
“Good stuff here.Not always necessarily cheap, though. Making the "Dollar" part a misnomer.However, I was able to find and discover some great products for curly hair, which I have.They also have great snacks and chips here that seem cheaper than the grocery store.”
“I was pretty behind on getting my son's 2nd birthday altogether. I had spent the day at work and had to watch the kids when I got home. I finally found my chance to breakout of the house to run to this Dollar General to get my son a birthday card and his birthday dinner. I was almost in tears at the checkout counter. I had forgotten my wallet. The young lady cashier named, Trin, then swooped over and paid for it for me. She is the only reason my son got to have a birthday. I couldn't feel more blessed to live in a world where people like this still exists!! Thank you Ms.Trin, so so much for your kind heart.”
“Good store, usually has 98% of the grocery only items we need. It's not far from the house, not usually super busy, easy to navigate and makes it simple to run in and out when needed.”
