“I took my car here for service and a thorough inspection, as I knew Mike took over the shop last year. I’m happy with all the items they listed that are of concern, and even more so his honesty in pointing out which items are most important now versus some of the items I could hold off on a while. And to top it off some of the parts end up being a little cheaper so he charged me less than I was originally quoted. Will definitely be back!”

“I have only lived here in Independence for four years, all of my vehicles have been and are under warranty so I am forced to take them to the dealer. This time I had a part the dealer "fixed" fall off my truck. Since I am a Maintenance Tech, I depend on my truck. My neighbor takes all of his vehicles here and highly recommends this place. I took my truck up to have them take a look, he felt good about fixing it properly. I begged that I need my truck by Thursday but if not the dealer couldn't fit me in for two weeks. So I was willing to roll the dice. Working from home for the day I dropped off around lunch time and maybe two hours later I got a text that it was done. I called the shop thinking it was a mistake and they were just checking it in - and was told no it was ready. Now I know everything cant go quick like that, but they got my vote. Friendly from the front desk to the back, these guys certainly care about your vehicle.

“Had my oil changed at Jeff Wyler and was told I had a oil filter housing leak on my 2018 Dodge Journey GT only 36000 miles. Took it to Bill at Sirpory Tire abs Auto. He was very honest and upfront. There was no oil leak whatsoever. They tried to get me because I was a woman and thought I would jump to fix it. I know a little about cars and knew I didn't have one. I got a 2nd opinion and my hunch was right. Thank You for your honesty and saving me the unnecessary repairs and cost”

“In June of 2025 my SUV's water pump started to have a major leak while we were in the area on a family vacation and pulling a camper. I brought my vehicle in, along with a new water pump and coolant first thing on a Saturday morning with no prior appointment. They were able to fit me in their schedule and got my vehicle fixed in just a few hours. Only charged about $200 too! They saved us from being stranded for the weekend.”

I stayed in touch with my sales person and they honored the price we agreed. When the car arrived they made sure it was clean and ready for delivery.
