My wife was cut off and run off the road and tore the drivers side of the car up. “Eight years ago Clem's was recommended to my daughter who had a Volvo. We had just arrived in Midway from Lake Forest, a suburb of Chicago. The car had a sever dangerous issue and could have caught on fire on our trip to Kentucky. Clem fixed it to perfectionand kept the car in good condition, even though foreign cars are not his business. Last week I had a collision claim with State Farmfor my 2007 Audi convertible. The whole front of the car had beenpulled off somehow in the Midway University student parking area.My grandson now uses the car for university. State Farm had a listof recommended auto repairs, which I called. Not one of them had an opening until end of November! I called Clem's and theysaid 'will take a look.' Even though they do not work on Audi'she put the front back on in a day! It looks like new and he charged me less than half of my insurance's $500 deductible!!!I called my agent and cancelled my collision claim and told themabout the unsatisfactory response from their authorized autoshops.
