“I'm glad I called Precision Diagnostics. I had an issue that I expected to cost me well over one and possibly even $2,000 dollars. Wes answered the phone, and he was very understanding. He took the time to go over every detail and possibility. He explained that he would get me in as quick as possible and he delivered! Wes didn't sell me on anything. I could just tell that he empathized. I couldn't believe it when he called me in just a few hours with the electrical issue completely solved and for just $318 dollars. Then the real test...I had to make a trip to Paducah. I went there and back with no issues at all! I really appreciate their honesty competence. (The shop I went to before said the problem was too big for them and I needed to go to the dealership) Thank you Wes! And thank you to the guy that got in there and did the work.
