They are wonderful, they go above and beyond to build relationships with their clients. One example of the exceptional service and dedication to their customers is the fact that they review each situation as if it were happening to them personally. I made large transfer from my checking to my online brokerage account, which I had offset by a transfer from another online account into my checking. The funds coming in were delayed and didn’t arrive in time, which caused my transfer out to be returned. It was completely my fault and without the help from Nathan and Emily, along with other Branch Managers, this could’ve really spiraled into something really unfortunate. I just want to say thank you for the outstanding service! You have earned a customer for life.”
