Fifth Third Bank & ATM is an efficient and great bank. The staff and tellers are nice, helpful, and go above and beyond for their customers. They are exceptional and genuinely care. New accounts are explained thoroughly. Customers are very happy and report saving headaches after switching, wishing they had done so earlier. The credit card rewards are also loved. Overall, it is an excellent bank to work with and deal with.
