Easy access through the gate and safe. Only improvement I would like to see is better lighting in some areas of the indoor small storage units.”
“Very convenient to use. Sandy in the office left the lock in my unit so it would be there when I arrived at “my convenience”. The unit was nice and clean. Sandy was also helpful when I was ready to vacate. Stopped my auto pay and took care of everything perfectly. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.”
“We chose this storage company based on reviews and location. The rental process was online and simple. They followed up with a phone call to welcome us and offer assistance as needed.We have 2 units rented and had some trouble with the door and the lock on one of them. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to fix the situation. Karen was on it and made it happen! Thank you Karen!The facility is well maintained and well managed.The app is worth downloading. They have digital entry and exit for the gate. I love not having to remember a code.We would definitely recommend using Extra Space Storage!!!”

She was so patient with all my questions, explaining the process and showing me different size units (as well as elevators and entrances) IN PERSON so I could make the right choice for my needs. I was pretty stressed out, but she managed to make my day by simply being extremely positive and sweet. I would always recommend this place, simply because of her outstanding customer service. I do however have to mention that the app crashes or simply at times doesn’t work to open the gate, which can get frustrating, but the great customer does make up for it. The manager was kind and helpful and our unit felt safe and secure. The space was good for the price and the keyless entry to the area was very helpful.”

“I'm so thrilled to be using Go store it! My previous storage unit cost me an arm and a leg every month and was just so unreasonable. Not only am I receiving such a great rate but Jake was fabulous to work with! He was so kind and helpful and definitely had my best interest. The location is large, very clean and the units are very secure. The air conditioning is definitely a plus for all your weather sensitive items. Definitely recommend! For sure ask for Jacob (Jake)!”

“Unknown gem in the Portland area that has huge potential. The outdoor space contains a wooded area that is well kept and beautifully landscaped. Firepits, patio lights, benches, swings and outdoor chairs all contribute to making the space feel like you are away from the city. Perfect location for live music!?? “I never write reviews, but I had to this time. I rented a storage unit from here and wasn't really expecting much, aside from having a safe place for my belongings. I soon learned that their are still decent, kind people in the world. Laura was a joy to rent from. I never worried about my belongings. I needed to get in one evening to get something out of my storage unit and I had forgotten my code, I called thinking I would get no answer as it was after hours, but low and behold she answered and helped me out. She not only cares about the safety of your belongings, she cares about your personal safety also.”
