“The beds were fairly stiff but other than that it was a wonderful trip to go to a wedding with my wife! The movie theater next door has reclining seats. Don't forget to stop by pizza restaurant either! Very delicious!”

“So our trip started off horrible. For whatever reason our bank decided to not let any transaction above the daily atm limit go thru. It wouldn't be resolved until the following morning.After being on the phone with the bank for an hour after arriving at the hotel and getting nowhere, we now had to explain this to the hotel. I explained and asked if we could pay for the night and settle the remaining the next day. The hotel could have told us to kick rocks since they put a hold for the full amount. Instead he handed us our key cards, said go get settled in, and have a great evening and we could settle in the morning. This didn't have to be done and we could have had to find another hotel for a night. I can't tell you how much we appreciated this. The next morning after a lengthy apology from a customer service manager and a bank manager, we paid in full and we were so thankful for the consideration given to us. Yeah we know they had our car in the valet, but they didn't even have to let us check in and they certainly were gracious and went above and beyond. we even had to extend our trip by 4 days and they were able to squeeze us in and managed to keep us in the same room.I wish I wrote everyone's name down and I feel bad bc I had the honor to have multiple conversations with various staff during our stay. But I only remember Andrew by name, but he and the rest of the staff MADE my trip. Exceptional service is just another day of the week to these people and they're the ones who made this trip and make us want to come back to the Lytle.So to the staff of the Lytle, from the front desk, to the bar/restauraunt, the ones who cleaned the room, the bellhops, the valets and everyone in between. Thank you.Rooms: Our room was really really really good. Spacious, well decorated and clean. We had a suite with a soaking tub and I used that thing every damn day. Highly recommend coming with bath salts or a bath bomb.Nearby activities: There's alot more to Cincinatti that I thought. As I've only ever driven thru, there's so many great places to eat and visit. We''ll be back to do just that.Food & drinks: The restaurant upstairs and the one downstairs are gorgeous. Upstairs is the view, you can see a large portion of the riverfront and across to the Kentucky side. It's gorgeous at night! The weather was cold most of the time we were there so we couldn't sit outside, but inside is no less nice.We spent some time downstairs at the bar, the staff is top notch. I highly recommend trying the the Vanilla Pear Mule for something different and the gelato for the dessert. Probably the best salted caramel gelato I've ever had.”

“This is my favorite hotel! We’ve stayed here twice for our anniversary and this place is so quaint. I just love the feel of the whole place. The lobby, the hallways, the restaurant, our room, just everything is perfect. Great service and amenities. We will definitely be back.”

“We spent a weekend at 21 C for a major family event. I want to send praise for the beautiful, immaculate rooms/suites; the responsiveness of a very friendly housekeeping staff; a Sunday brunch staffed by incredible individuals who went above and beyond to serve and care for us. The food at the brunch was delicious! I am appreciative of the openness that Carrie gave us in creating an individualized menu in addition to providing beverage services in several of our suites throughout the festivities. There were frustrating communication issues over a 10 month period and critical problems with front desk staff, but Ron and Shelly (management) have been working hard to resolve this for us. Overall, because of the positives through this process we are very pleased. We truly hope that others will experience only the type of positives we have listed here, and none of the difficulties.”

“After hours of searching for a place to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary on 2/22, we landed on this place. We have never stayed at a Bed & Breakfast and didn't know what to expect. We got the Dream Suite. We alsp got the add on of the charcuterie board and wine. It was amazing! The breakfasts both mornings was delicious!!! The room was amazing. It was our best getaway ever. A place to recharge, relax, and reconnect. We will be back.... and check out one of the other amazing looking rooms.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and ready upon arrival. I couldn't believe the room had a refrigerator and NO Microwave ??. We had to go down the hall to the ice machine to use the microwave. That I didn't like at all. Most hotels have at least a really small one in each room.”

“We stayed in October 2024. Had a great stay, comfortable beds, quiet room despite being off the interstate. Easy access by car anywhere you want. We would stay here again.

Walkability: Nothing close, but easy driving to where you want to be.”

“A few weeks ago, my team and I had the privilege of staying at the Renaissance for an extended period of time. Between check-in and check-out, we were treated with exemplary service.

A few individuals were beyond exceptional that I can recall by name. Cecelia at the front desk was phenomenal! I’m appreciative of her professionalism, attentiveness to detail, local food suggestions and kindness. Raja was awesome at the restaurant and very hospitable. He took pride in his service and made sure we were taken care of whenever we were in the restaurant. Susan was always caring and graceful. JJ was the first person that showed me outstanding customer service at check-in and whenever we walked by the desk.

While those above I can recall by name, the service by the entire staff was top tier. A big thank you to all - Front desk, valet, restaurant, and maintenance crew - our sincerest gratitude.”

“Great location for a Bengals game. Walking distance to both the Bengals and Reds stadium. Hotel was nice but a little dated. Hotel staff were very nice. I would definitely stay again. Location was amazing.”

“You cannot get into this building unless you are accompanied by someone with a Childrens Badge and employees are quite firm on this rule to the point of sometimea seeming distrustful. Once inside however, people are friendly enough and there is a small cafeteria where you can get a quick bite to eat or coffee, drinks, etc.”

“Tammy deserves 5 stars alone. She is professional, efficient, and a true asset to Westin. She worked tirelessly to get me a room that had a better shower drain. There were two rooms that had a slow drain causing the water to rise. Tammy is a true fit to the Marriott brand. Westin is fortunate to have her. This was a business trip”

“Stayed at Aloft on the Levee for a short weekend wedding. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful. Wxyz lounge was nice but the tables were sticky and it was not a clean area with food on the floor etc.”

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and breakfast was tasty. It's an older hotel so don't expect the Ritz but it was perfect for an easy one night stay. “My 1-month stay at the Hampton Inn was absolutely amazing! The comfy beds, the room space, and the temperature control system were ideal. A coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room added great value to it. The breakfasts were delicious and had everything I could have wished for, especially the berries. My room was cleaned every alternate-day and the floor supervisor, Lenise, made sure that it was done timely.I dint use the pool or the fitness center but they seemed okay.The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping department made sure that my needs were met timely.I would like to make a special mention of the names: David, Carlton, Shelby and Lenise from the staff, these guys were awesome! I had a lot of conversations with them and they guided me really well.I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful n comfortable stay.Btw I dint get to know if I earned any Hilton Honors points for my month's stay, would appreciate if I get information on how I can?Thanks!Rooms: Very comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Clean towels n free toileteries. LCD tv with a lot of channels. Free wifi.Walkability: The walkways are wide enough not to cause any hindrance.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast with lots of items to choose from. Free water bottles, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. A suite shop for snacks.”

“I found this place as I was driving through from Tennessee to Connecticut. I didn't have a reservation. As this matters to some travelers, I will say that I was traveling solo and I felt safe about staying here.

I had no problem getting a room, although it was about 10 p.m. and it was very affordably priced. The motel must have been recently sold or acquired, because the signage and room key was branded as Wyndham rather than Motel 6.

I got a room on the ground floor. It was a very basic, but decent room. There was a bed, tv, table and air conditioner. Everything was in very good shape and was either new or refreshed. The air conditioner was a godsend after being on the road most of the day - I turned it down to 65 and it cooled room down fairly quickly.

The bathroom was in similarly good shape. Very thing seemed to be almost new. The toilet was one where it was flushed by buttons on the top of the tank. The shower only had the one handle/dial that most showers have, but it was most efficient. My only complaint, which is a very minor one, was that there was slightly more water to be had because I took a cold shower (there was more water and pressure the more hot water was added to the mix,) but I still had a very decent shower.

I wasn't in this room for very long - I checked out around 8 a.m. the next morning. Still, it met my needs very well and I would definitely consider staying again if I am passing through Cincinnati.”

“Good water pressure bed was comfy room clean. One down fall of room mirror way to low I'm 6'2" and I couldn't shave as couldn't see above my chest. Is pet friendly wish there was more grass to take the dogs to to handle their business. I will be back tho”

“Neighborhood was seedy but the motel was excellent! Staff were friendly. Room was immaculate and beds were very comfy. Left too early to partake of the free breakfast but the set-up was awesome! Will make sure to eat next time.Rooms: Room was surprisingly large and very clean.Noteworthy details: Room, bed and bathroom were absolutely immaculate. Bed was incredibly comfy and heaped up with soft covers. Pristine white sheets.”

“The service couldn’t have been better, loved how nice and friendly the men running the place were. My room really blew me away, ended up rebooking 6 days. I had an entire apartment basically and it cost me less than a C note per day. I was thrilled about that. I will book this same room every time I am in Northern KY. Towel service was great but might wanna take a broom and dustpan if you have OCD. The maid doesn’t clean like I do. Overall- very happy!”
