“We were heading to WI from SC when my truck broke down at 2:30am. My insurance company couldn't get any tow companies to answer their phone. After parts stores started opening, the manager at O'Reillys suggested we call Quality Care. We called to hear the voice mail say they opened in 30 minutes but didn't catch the 24hr number, so we called right back only to have them answer the phone. They had two rollbacks out to us within 20 minutes to get us, my truck, and the trailer we were towing. Don't know how to recommend a good place to break down, but this company and the town of Williamsburg would be the best place to do it. Would give this company and it's employees 100 stars if it would allow me to.”

“If you ever break down on the side of the road, make it be in Williamsburg, KY!! We had a flat tire on our way to TN for the WOJ Conference. Dave, Terry, Billy and the mechanics were TOP NOTCH! They provided the number for a local tow truck driver Dannie Sullivan, who was wonderful and knew exactly where to find me on the I-75. Dannie got there quickly and got us to Tire Discounters safely. Small Town Service at its FINEST!!!!! Those men were honest, friendly and also believers. We couldn't have ended up in a better place under those circumstances!!! Keep up the good work fellas!!! Thank you !!!!! 10 out of 10 recommend”
