“Let me start off by saying I’m a basic Karen. Usually very dissatisfied with all interactions at any store but I was blown away by how well this store is ran. Very nice staff and when I asked to speak to the manager(naturally I would), she came out and worked with me and I left in a surprisingly good mood. I’ve been a customer for years and it’s good to know that my concerns are taken seriously. Will be back shortly I’m sure. Great place for business!”

“I was at Cricket today for help with my phone and the service was impeccable!! I especially loved Jose who cleaned my phone for me. Everyone in the store is great and helpful. Great job guys and these guys need a raise or at least an honorable mention!! Love them all!!!”

“The customer service associates I've dealt with at the store were great, but the phone service is not that great. I lose signal at my home in the epicenter of Winchester, on the way to Richmond, and many others. Often, I have to turn my phone completely off because I can't make calls or send texts. Worst service I've ever had! ~ **UPDATE** I'm revising my review to 4 ? because someone took the time to respond to my review and address my initial issues. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely stop by the store soon and see what can be done to resolve the service issues. Thanks again! Satisfied Customer!!”

“This review is not for Gamestop, as they're horrible, their shipping, their prices, their selection, their trade-in values, all make me wonder how they're still in business. This review is for Mark in this store, because despite bad business practices by Gamestop, he went above and beyond to help me with an item that I had ordered. I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive he was and continued to work on the problem and communicate with me for over a week concerning it. It's so nice to see true customer service these days, and I appreciate his hard work. Thank you, Mark!”

“i have no complaints me and my husband both buy from them we are both disabled and they make it possible to purchase good appliances or anything they deliver set it up and make payments to one dont have to worrie about it and im glad that repairs come with it and maintenance but have never need it yet great place i wouldnt shop nowhere else”
