“We entered the T'Mobile store around the corner from our house fairly discouraged. After years of poor service from ATT who forced us to purchase new phones (when ours were already 5G), we switched to TMobile only to find that our unlocked Motorola phones were bootlocked to ATT, forcing us, once again, to purchase new phones. Alisia spent lots of time explaining our options, ensuring we wouldn't lose our new sevice rebates, and, (along with Casey) staying an hour of unpaid overtime to transfer our data.
By the time we left, we were so grateful and impressed by this Friday night effort that made our day. This was customer service as it was 20 years ago, with a genuine interest in the customer well-being and undivided expertise given freely and generously.
I would highly recommend dropping by this store to see for yourself!!”
“The customer service associates I've dealt with at the store were great, but the phone service is not that great. I lose signal at my home in the epicenter of Winchester, on the way to Richmond, and many others. Often, I have to turn my phone completely off because I can't make calls or send texts. Worst service I've ever had! ~ **UPDATE** I'm revising my review to 4 ? because someone took the time to respond to my review and address my initial issues. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely stop by the store soon and see what can be done to resolve the service issues. Thanks again! Satisfied Customer!!”

“David was so helpful today. This morning my phone changed and nothing looked correct. I had adds popping up and I couldn't hardly use my device. I thought I was going to lose all of my stuff. David quickly solved my issue and I am thankful he saved all of my photos and contacts that I was sure I was about to lose.”
