“The customer service associates I've dealt with at the store were great, but the phone service is not that great. I lose signal at my home in the epicenter of Winchester, on the way to Richmond, and many others. Often, I have to turn my phone completely off because I can't make calls or send texts. Worst service I've ever had! ~ **UPDATE** I'm revising my review to 4 ? because someone took the time to respond to my review and address my initial issues. It is greatly appreciated. Once I was ready for assistance, Cynthia assisted me in choosing the best IPad & service plan to fit my particular needs. She was knowledgeable, friendly, & patient.
