“On a recent trip to this store my husband and I experienced outstanding customer service, knowledge, efficiency, and friendliness by associates: Drew, Colin and Betty. We had to drive an hour to get there but the trip was absolutely worth it. Truly the best customer service I have ever received in a home improvement store. We had limited time and more than 20 different items we were trying to purchase and Colin and Drew stayed with us the entire time and helped us find everything and pull it off the shelf. Betty helped us save money by applying for a Lowe’s credit card. Colin and Drew did an excellent job picking out our lumber and loading it on the trailer. And to top it all off they were all very friendly, fun and pleasant to interact with.”
