“I came here with no expectations and I was blown away. The customer service I received was amazing. I had issues with hotels.com and the owner was very understanding. It took awhile but we figured it out. It's a great location. My room was spotless, beds are comfy, hot water with great pressure in the shower, a large variety of breakfast items that are hot and fresh. I went into the lobby after breakfast hoping the coffee was still out but it wasn't. The owner went into the backroom and filled my cup from their personal pot. My only complaint is there is no guide for the TV but hey first world problems ?.
I will be back here every time my work brings me to the area.”
