“I absolutely love this place. It's like a spiritual community center open to anyone. I have been looking for a place that has group meditation, and Red Shoes has group meditation sessions at least once a week. They have yoga and book clubs. They have talks given by various writers and deep thinkers (there is a massive collection of books to check out or purchase). They also have spiritual gatherings that are open to everyone regardless of your faith, or even if you are just a curious person that is seeking new knowledge and new experiences. You can register for any class or meeting on their website, where they also have their calendar of events for each month. The people at Red Shoes have all been very kind, genuine, open-hearted and beautiful people, including all of the attendees.”
“I had the opportunity to give back to my community by volunteering at this wonderful organization this year. LORI has made a very positive impact to my life and the lives of many immigrants and refugees who use their services.What stood out to me the most was the numerous services they offer free of charge including education for people interested in learning English as a second language or preparing for their citizenship, Legal assistance and advocacy and many others.
