“My friend and I visited this place for an event called Spirit Mansion and we had a lot of fun! Such a nice venue with ample space for things like the show we went to last night. Even from the very back row, you could see the stage. I complimented the beautiful chandeliers and clean bathrooms while we were there. I'd gladly go back for a 2nd visit!”

“I absolutely love this place. It's like a spiritual community center open to anyone. I have been looking for a place that has group meditation, and Red Shoes has group meditation sessions at least once a week. They have yoga and book clubs. They have talks given by various writers and deep thinkers (there is a massive collection of books to check out or purchase). They also have spiritual gatherings that are open to everyone regardless of your faith, or even if you are just a curious person that is seeking new knowledge and new experiences. You can register for any class or meeting on their website, where they also have their calendar of events for each month. The people at Red Shoes have all been very kind, genuine, open-hearted and beautiful people, including all of the attendees.”

LORI has made a very positive impact to my life and the lives of many immigrants and refugees who use their services.What stood out to me the most was the numerous services they offer free of charge including education for people interested in learning English as a second language or preparing for their citizenship, Legal assistance and advocacy and many others. “Great service from front door entering to exiting. At the Florida street location, the lady at the front desk is what customer service is suppose to be. The floor and material people are knowledgeable and are there for you. Wonderful place for household repairs and remodeling. Keep up the good work.”
“The inventory varies from visit to visit based on the donations received. I was able to find most of the light fixtures I was looking for. The best part of shopping here is meeting the volunteers and employees that work at this location. They are so kind to everyone who comes into the store. They went out of their way to help me get what I was looking for and make the most of the money I had to work with. I left feeling encouraged and uplifted. I would love to volunteer here myself but live hours away in the north end of Louisiana. Please do yourself and your local community a favor and support this store. Volunteer your time. Donate the things that no longer serve you. Shop for the things you need here. It's a great cause that is built on the people who are involved. Thanks for the wonderful experience!”

“This daycare is the best value for the dollar. Both my youngest son and my grandson have gone here. I cannot recommend this facility more. When the flood happened in 2016 they stayed open. When COVID hit, they stayed open. When schools went virtual they hired more staff to help the school aged kids stay on task. When the ice storm hit, they stayed open. They rarely close their doors. Overall, they are reliable and highly trustable. If your looking for a new daycare give them a call.”
