“The staff is extremely helpful and provides options to ship with all major carriers. The prices are the same as if you went to the locations of the individual carriers, but they actually compare the cost of each carrier for you to choose. I rarely ever have to wait in line to ship something!!!”
“I usually never write reviews on Google, but I had such a lovely experience today. Everyone there was so nice and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! Thank you!”
“Ke and young lady working with her on the morning of 7/29/26 were absolutely amazing. They both were super nice and knowledgeable. The made my visit at FedEx extremely fast and easy. I will definitely visit this location again and refer friends and family. Thank you FedEx for employing these two young ladies.”
“I used this location to return some equipment to AT&T today, and the process was super fast and easy. Trent was the employee who helped me, and he was courteous and efficient. No waiting, and the entire transaction took less than 5 minutes.”
“The most important reason for giving a 10 rating is because my experience was enjoyable. Overall I really enjoyed the flexibility the store had with printing options.”

“Revised review: While I am very upset that I paid for a service ($80) that does not exist, specifically that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, Premier Storage & Shipping did try to make it right. There is an opportunity for improvement with the training process and potentially signage to better educate the general public, since we are not the SMEs. USPS is the right service for PO Boxes. I will never forget this very important and expensive lesson! Patience is important...I make mistakes too!”
