Very friendly and ready and willing to help! There was no wait time and customer service is AMAZING! I will ALWAYS use this AT&T store for all my needs! Both Sara and Charles were AMAZING!

My salesperson and the manager on duty were extremely helpful, explained everything, and made sure I was completely set up before I left the store. They didn't make me feel rushed even though a few other customers had walked in for service. 10 out of 10 that's the only location I like to go to.

Went to the store on Macarthur Dr first the person helping me was very rude told me there was no trade-in on my phone and nothing else So I left went to your Coliseum Blvd store was greeted and young man tried to help & offered solutions I will be going back to this location
