My husband and I had been with V (another phone company)for roughly 12 years until yesterday. We decided to make a change after experiencing some technical issues and much slower speed times within the last 6 months. We walked into the TMobile store on Jackson St and we're immediately greeted with kindness. We told them up front exactly what we wanted and that it might be a complicated process. We would be transferring over 2 phone lines and 1 watch from a different phone service as well as adding an additional new line to our service (we have had 2 internet boxes and 1 phone line with them for about 3 months now). They were extremely helpful, making sure we knew about all of the amazing promotions that were available to us and our situation. Not only did they make this process easy for us, they took the time to explain everything to us and make sure ALL info, pictures and important documents were transferred to our new devices (they did not charge us to do it like another company has). Britt & Britt were so nice. They went out of their way to help and accomodate us and left no questions unanswered. We will be recommending them to everyone.”

“Had the most pleasant experience today at this store. Jasmine was the associate who assisted us and she truly exemplified what Customer Service looks like! My aunt who has a disability was in need of a new phone and Jasmine was so awesome in how she provided service to meet my aunt's needs. She was very patient and kind while explaining the changes to her service, answering ALL her questions. She also helped transfer everything from her old phone, even with that taking quite a bit of time due to how old her previous phone was - it actually required her doing some manual actions to ensure everything switched over. Jasmine never expressed any frustration for having to do this - she truly went above and beyond!!

“I initially went to the AT&T store on MacArthur Dr bc my daughters phone was having issues after an upgrade but when I walked in, I was quickly told "we don't fix phones, we just sell them. I could sell you a new phone today or maybe try Best Buy or Apple Pie Repair" So I left there & went to the North Mall Dr location and the ladies there were extremely helpful, friendly, and did everything possible to try & figure out my daughters phone. That location will now be the only location my family and I will use.”

“I had a special problem and they helped me immensely. I cracked the screen of my MacBook Pro which isn't the end of the world but made my computer useless. The problem is that I live out of the U.S. I knew I was going to be visiting Alexandria and called them in advance and arranged to have them order the part for me so that it would be there when I arrived. They had the screen replaced the same day! Life saver for me. I highly recommend them.”

“The guy who was there was a really great and honest guy. He made sure everything was working right on my phone before I left. Even made sure i didnt leave anything behind, even when he forgot to put my sim card back and got my attention just beforehand. If you have 2 of the same phone and need a screen replaced and dont need the other phone, he'll give you an AMAZING deal! Overall really good store and highly recommend getting anything you need fixed, fixed here.”

He gave me all the information I needed and then told me to call the 611 no so I could get further assistance.I spoke with Ellysa on the phone when I called 611, and it was one of the best conversations I've had with customer service on phone ever. She and the young man I met at the store (I forgot his name, but he looks asian) gave me the best service, the best answer, and the solution to what I needed. They both deserve a 5star, I tell you.My family has 5 numbers with cricket, and I am glad to be a cricket mobile family.”
“If you pay a ridiculously large amount of money per month for service at one of the major carriers and you are looking for an alternative.Boost Mobile is a good choice. I usually pay seventy-one dollars a month with no hidden fees.Disclaimer: Boost Mobile is owned by Sprint. And it is difficult sometimes to talk to a real person using the 800 number.”
“Easy to find. Quick and helpful staff. Honestly, everytime I go to the one in Pineville they rarely have what I'm looking for and refer me to this one. It was a good experience. I suggest coming up from the mall though bc from Macarthur, if there is traffic you are going to have to wait a bit to be able to make the turn. Probably bc it's right by the traffic circle.”
