“After reading the glowing reviews, I skipped all of the other shops on Royal st to head straight to David’s purchase myself a belated Christmas gift. I wanted to replace something very special that I had lost and I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and service of everyone working in the store, especially Gil! He’s an absolute gem! I’d already scoped out some of their selection online, checked out the 2 rings I’d had my eye on and Gil helped me decide between them. I ended up buying the less expensive one (a beautiful morganite and rose gold piece). He was so honest and it was obvious that he cared more about which one suited me than the money which is so rare and refreshing especially for any sales-based industry. After that he happily entertained me as I browsed the rest of the things in the store that I obviously had no intention of buying. I could’ve hung out there for hours if I didn’t have somewhere else to be. Then, as if my experience wasn’t already amazing enough, as I was about to pay he told me to put one of the voodoo stone bracelets on my wrist, so I did, and he told me to keep it there. It was the kindest gesture and something I’ll never forget. I’ve already recommended the store to so many local friends and I was just there yesterday. I will definitely be back. Thank-you so very much!”

“What fantastic customer service along with beautiful jewelry. I purchased a bracelet last month that unfortunately broke. I don't believe this is common as I purchased one for my sister also who has had no problems. I contacted them and was immediately issued a replacement bracelet at no cost. I am so pleased with such amazing response especially in these times of routinely poor customer service. I will be back in New Orleans in October and plan to purchase more of their gorgeous pieces. “I searched forever for pantry doors and was told about Strip Ease by my designer. When I was unable to find what I wanted, I was told that I could get my doors cypress doors custom made. What a great choice! The shop was easy to work with and my well made doors were completed in a timely manner. I knew I would have to wait a little because the shop is always busy,but it was so worth the wait. I hope to use them again for custom made front doors.”

“Stopped by a few days ago to buy a "red" Fiestaware cup and saucer I saw in the window walking by the previous night. Being in a similar category of collectibles, the guy running the store showed me some uranium glass Mardi Gras beads, which I didn't even know existed. Super cool find for a nuclear engineer like me! He was very knowledgeable on the history of these items. I even went back the next day to buy a few more! Huge inventory of other items too.
