“Switch to T-Mobile from Verizon for a cheaper plan and for the promotional offers. We had a few hiccups with a miscommunication from an employer on what was offered but the manager at the Marrero store Jonathan assured us it would be handled and it was. He kept in touch with me throughout the process of correcting the error. Great staff and great service. No problems with the network and no dropped calls or dead spots.”
“Pick up an online order from this store. Pick up was easy however in order for them to set up your phone and download from cloud and all that they charged $35 or so. I guess it is not their policy but corporate policy I don’t know.
But the staff help set up our phones very quick and efficient.”

“Steven was a great help in recovering my system. I would strongly complain about the online customer support. They did a tune up on my laptop and I was unable to access my laptop at all. Until I went into the store. I couldn't do the fingerprint scan or enter my pin after the so-called tune up!!!!!!!!!! I called back twice after the tune up and they hung up on me both times. Online support sucks!!!!!!”

“It was so so very hot in the city. Walgreens had my everything!!! I enjoy reading. They had newspapers, bestseller novels and magazines. My suite had a full kitchen...so I stocked up from Walgreens massive inventory of ice creams, nuts, milk, eggs, also sunscreens and waters. I literally walked to Walgreens every day!!! NinaJ”

“Ja'Nae is an incredible team member at this location as well as Mekhi who got me set up with the services a few months ago but I just stopped in and she helps me get my esim situation restored very promptly and and easily and she is extremely outgoing and friendly as well this is a very nice person to be around. Makai is similar and he's very good as well. What are the wonderful refreshing experience at a phone store after schlepping my way all the way here hoping I would make it on time and hoping it wouldn't take too long 10/10”
“Very happy with the service here. They corrected my issue right away. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name that helped me and my son, but I was really impressed how thorough he was. He kept double checking the phone number and even wrote down information. I felt very comfortable that he was taking care of us and not skipping over any steps.
