“This store is the most helpful and friendly Cellular store I have ever been to. I needed to change the number on one of my phones, and within a few minutes I had my new number. I was asked if I liked free things, and I said that was one of my favorite words. They gave me an Apple Watch. Who does that. They actually seem to care about helping people solve their problems. More stores should be run like this. AT&T could learn some lessons here. I will buy my families next iPhones from the guys at this New Orleans store.”

After hanging up with the guy he called me right back and said that there was a cancelation and they could out today between 3 and 4pm. The guy that came out introduced him self and got right to work. There was a problem with the lines in our rv but the technician had a work around for us. He completed the job, cleaned up after him self and my service is working great.”
