“This store is the most helpful and friendly Cellular store I have ever been to. I needed to change the number on one of my phones, and within a few minutes I had my new number. I was asked if I liked free things, and I said that was one of my favorite words. They gave me an Apple Watch. Who does that. They actually seem to care about helping people solve their problems. More stores should be run like this. AT&T could learn some lessons here. I will buy my families next iPhones from the guys at this New Orleans store.”

Raychelle explained the offers we were eligible for with the 55 and over plan for our phones. Additionally we had no intent to change our Internet provider but Raychelle literally made us an offer we could not refuse that saved us over $200 for the plans. “Best phone repair shop in New Orleans! I had a very complex issue with my phone & an extremely broken front and back screen. They were able fix it before my afternoon flight back home with original Apple parts, restoring my phone completely back to brand new. This meant so much to me since I don’t want the new iOS update that comes with a new phone, so I am thankful they were able to do a full repair so I could keep using this specific phone. All 3 of the people I interacted with were very polite, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. They were upfront with the price, the potential things that could happen during the repair, and even recommended to me what they would personally do if they were in my situation. They even communicated with my partner about the status of my phone throughout the repair. Being in walking distance of Royal street made it extremely easy to get to. I highly recommend this business & I am extremely grateful for them!”
