“This store is the most helpful and friendly Cellular store I have ever been to. I needed to change the number on one of my phones, and within a few minutes I had my new number. I was asked if I liked free things, and I said that was one of my favorite words. They gave me an Apple Watch. Who does that. They actually seem to care about helping people solve their problems. More stores should be run like this. AT&T could learn some lessons here. I will buy my families next iPhones from the guys at this New Orleans store.”

“After over 25 years with ATT we went to the ATT store on Magazine with the possible intention to switch to TMobile, however Raychelle made us offers that we could not believe and immediately changed our minds. Additionally we had no intent to change our Internet provider but Raychelle literally made us an offer we could not refuse that saved us over $200 for the plans. I came into the store super frustrated, and he immediately calmed me and assured me that he would do his best to try and help.
