“My experience the first time i talked to Mr. Todd on the phone this morning about my unit that I was having trouble with my lock; Todd was at my unit before I could get there helping me figure out the problem I was having. Todd was truly a delightful in welcoming his services. I got everything taken care of and was in and out in a jiffy. I’d recommend mini mall storage any day because the staff there has always been awesome for the last few years I’ve been doing business with them.”

Extra Space Storage really came through for us at the last minute! My daughter is a student at Xavier University, right across the street, and we quickly realized we couldn’t travel with all of her belongings. Thankfully, Extra Space made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and even gave us great advice for planning ahead for next school year’s storage needs. The location couldn’t be more convenient—directly across from campus—so when it was time to pick up her things, my daughter was able to walk right over.
Highly recommend them for any Xavier students (or parents!) looking for reliable, safe, and convenient storage. We’ll definitely be using them again!”
