“The management at the Louisiana location is top tier. However, the headquarters for Self Storage is located in another time zone (EST) so therefore when paying online after 11pm, where my unit is, I have been FINED a late fee which is unfair, due to the location of my storage unit (in my case CST.)”

“A local storage facility that has air conditioned units. Along with outdoor parking for large equipment trailers and RVs along with boats. The staff is nice and courteous, and seem to have their tenants convenience at the top of their list.”

“They had a young girl at the counter on yesterday, which was February 1, 2026. She was working three registers by herself. Nobody in the store was aggravated. Nobody got out of place. Everybody was working with her. She was wonderful and the young guy that was working with her too. It was the crew that worked February 1, 2026 in the morning my pick up was for 930. They were great. I kept telling them how great they were.”
