“Stopped by O'Reilly's to pick up some brakes for the challenger. I'm always prepared, so I went online beforehand to get the part number in advance. Time is money lol. Anywho, I put my car information in and it gave me several options to pick from. I picked one and headed to O'Reilly's. I was greeted by Mr.Arick and he asked how could he assist me? I gave him the part number and he entered the numbers into the system. It was a smooth transaction. Once I received the brakes, I went back to the automobile shop to get the brakes replaced. When I got there, it was the wrong part of course. Just my luck. I went back into the store and Mr. Arick greeted me again and asked what happened? I informed him that I got the wrong parts and needed to exchange them out. Once again, no complaints, he exchanged the brakes for the correct set and I was out the door again in no time. I appreciate great customer service from time to time. I definitely will be back to spend my monies here! I gave 4 stars, because O'Reilly's online system is trash lol. I Appreciate the quality service again Mr.Arick!!”
