“Very helpful staff. Was on a road trip and had a check engine light and a service light come up on our car. Asked if they could check the vehicle for what codes were showing and one of their staff helped right away. They showed me the codes and explained what the possible causes were. They even printed out the report for me. Very nice and helpful staff there.”
“This o’reilly is stocked up! The terminals I needed (the silver ones) were so hard to find and it was hard to explain cause the screws are different sizes and Walmart and auto zone didn’t have it. Everyone kept carrying the black and red ones which one of the screws is bigger than the other but we brought our old terminals to o’reilly and they were able to perfectly match it up to the ones we need and we got a new starter for my 2010 Toyota as well!!”
