“Stopped by O'Reilly's to pick up some brakes for the challenger. I'm always prepared, so I went online beforehand to get the part number in advance. Time is money lol. Anywho, I put my car information in and it gave me several options to pick from. I picked one and headed to O'Reilly's. I was greeted by Mr.Arick and he asked how could he assist me? I gave him the part number and he entered the numbers into the system. It was a smooth transaction. Once I received the brakes, I went back to the automobile shop to get the brakes replaced. When I got there, it was the wrong part of course. Just my luck. I went back into the store and Mr. Arick greeted me again and asked what happened? I informed him that I got the wrong parts and needed to exchange them out. Once again, no complaints, he exchanged the brakes for the correct set and I was out the door again in no time. I appreciate great customer service from time to time. I definitely will be back to spend my monies here! I gave 4 stars, because O'Reilly's online system is trash lol. I Appreciate the quality service again Mr.Arick!!”

“Even though there was a decent sized crowd, I didn't have to wait for service as there were several employees working the counter. You could hear that the interactions betww the customers and staff were friendly and upbeat.Prices are fair and on par with auto zone for batteries. The shelves were stocked, organized and clean. It could be have been easier to track down upholstery/trim fasteners, but it wasn't frustratingly hard either.”

“I came across this amazing battery store on Siegen Lane #756. I had no idea this store existed! They have a huge inventory and knowledgeable staff! My truck key had cracked, went into Batteries Plus and inquired how much for replacement. I had the pleasure of meeting Alice an outstanding staff team member! She took my truck model# and VIN # and did her magic on an estimate. Alice said it would cost between $250 - $275!! A Customer in the store over heard my delima and chimed in "Go to dealership, they want $300- $350!! I had no idea the cost!! Alice told me go on Amazon and get a case. I brought up my Amazon app and started navigating. Alice offered to find exact case for my Chevy truck! How special was that!! She found the case, I ordered for a whopping $13!! Alice said come back to store and I will change/program for you!! What company offers that kind of service! Alice touched my heart in so many ways that day!! Her kindness will not go unrewarded!! Received case went back to Batteries Plus and Alice was not working but I met another amazing person, Jeremy the store manager! I explained and shared my story that transpired that day with Alice. Jeremy said no problem! He took my new Amazon case and worked his magic! Works perfectly! I would like for upper management to please recognize Alice and Jeremy for an outstanding job! Above the call of duty! I consider them both an asset to the Batteries Plus family! It is so hard to find such enthusiasm, dedication to detail within employees these days! I highly recommend visiting Batteries Plus on Seigen Lane store #756 for all your battery needs, cell phone accessories, just make that trip you will not be disappointed! FYI price is on the money!
