“A few months ago I had to walk from Budget Inn to Grand Cinema Station for work . It was hot. I was exhausted bc I can't be in the heat bc of my bodys reaction to the sun but I was determined to get to work . The back of both shoes were coming apart and already late I saw Enterprise and composed myself and put my pride aside and asked if someone could help me get to work and I'd pay $20 bc that's all I had and I couldn't walk anymore
. Jaz was the young lady that told me she would be happy to help and she went to get Marcus to see if he could bring me to work . He did . He wouldn't take my money . I'm crying now and I cried the entire way there bc they have no idea how much that meant to me . I'm a 42 yr old man who has cried the entire time writing this bc I've never been down on my luck in life but I've been through so much since March and I've lost faith in family and friends but those 2 employees will be the highlight of this 2025.

Rented a car with Budget at BTR for nine weeks across March and April. Bit of a wait (under an hour). Only one rep at the Avis desk at 7am (one more than at the Budget desk). She was clearly doing the best she could with limited inventory. Was initially offered a Ram pick-up but declined as I didn’t want a gas guzzler for a long trip. The car I got was great, clean inside and out. I booked a full-size sedan and was given a Hyundai Tucson (standard SUV). Paid at the counter using a debit card, and all they required was proof of my return flight.
A month in I was charged for their unlimited Toll package which I hadn’t agreed to. I called the main office, explained the situation, and the charges were refunded. Not ideal of course, but it was easily cleared up thanks to Budget having (automatically) emailed the initial receipt which made no mention of a toll package charge.
Budget remains my ‘go to’ for car rentals – best rates and reliability.”
