“Abdul at phone wiz gave speedy and great service. Came in with a cracked screen and he made sure to take care of it promptly. Less than 20 minute wait time. He got everything taken care of for each customer that came in without breaking a sweat!”
“The females were very respectful they helped me out and directed me in the right directions. They persuaded me into doing beneficial things for my family and I and moving forward I will be asking for the help from a female worker when I return if any questions reach the surface. But for the male workers, they were very unprofessional and inconsistent with giving out the information that I very politely requested, and it seemed as if they did not want to help, and more so was bothered by my presence when I was only asking about my phone plans. He has HORRIBLE customer service skills and should be redirected immediately if possible.”
