“Went in to get my phone screen fixed. Everyone else I spoke with said it would take a week and the prices were outrageous. Phone town took me right in and had my phone fixed in 45 min and at almost $100 less than competitors. The man was kind and professional. Absolute lifesaver! Thank you!”
“Until I had to go to this location for my internet box, I always used the Bossier City on the airline store. What a world of difference!!!!!! The man and woman who work here at the Shreveport Barksdale location greet every person who walks in the door and at least acknowledges them. So while waiting, I notice their personability with each person and not just with the adults, interacting with their children too. Other store in Bossier make you feel like you're a bother to them and can't wait to get you out the door... not here at the S'port location. I had to go back to store one month later and once again their professionalism talking to customers, not rushing them or being rude, knowledge about products and willing to help even though it is getting close to closing time. Didn't see them glancing at watch, or making eye glances with each other, saying hurry up, locking door etc..... handled each customer with the same respect, patience, and time. For this reason, I will drive the extra 30-minute drive to do business at this location again. Thank y'all!!!”

“This is by far the best store I’ve ever been to! The customer service never fails and they never have problems answering my questions and if they don’t know they will call until they figure out! Great energy at this store. Megan has been in every time I’ve gone in and I can tell that she loves what she does and it truly makes the phone buying process so much better! Breanna is by far the best person I’ve ever had put a screen protector on.. she has never left a bubble or the protector off center! Will definitely be back if I have any issues or looking to upgrade again!”
“Appreciate the employees here at the store trying to help me out with a stupid situation. Store experience was great. Ordering stuff online from T-Mobile can get very messy, and the only "solution" corporate could provide is to wait an unknown amount of time. This review is reflective of the store and the associates who helped (didn't get their names, but it was a newer associate and her manager it appeared). 5 stars to y'all even though I'm not the biggest T-Mobile fan at the moment since corporate's attempts to resolve customer service issues are laughable. I'll be back to get my Apple Watch Series 9 as soon when they're in stock. I will obviously not be ordering that online lol, learned my lesson”

“Great place to find stuff for your phone. They have all the new stuff for your phone and at a good price and they have the good name brands like ottoer box and uag. I went in to get a ottoer cover for my samsung s3 and when I got there I told them a little bit about what I do and that the ottoer box case only lasts about two months. They told me the uag may be a better fit for me. I am going on six month no problem. The people there were nice and very helpful and my uag case was half the price of a ottoer box.”
“The best cell phone repair in the bossier mall. I dropped my phone in water and it's wasn't backed up so I thought I lost everything. He took my motherboard out and put in in a new phone so that I could transfer all my data to the new one. Once it was done than he had to transfer the mother back to the water damage phone. I've been going to him on all my screen repairs and any other electronic repairs. He's never let me down and has all came through in a timely manner.”

“I went, out of just randomness, to get an IPad and had what was probably the most easy and wonderful experience ever at any Verizon, let alone any retail store ever. I had Chase who was extremely helpful, saved me money, and gave me the most amazing tips about my account. I highly suggest visiting this Verizon if you are going to change your account at all. “This gamestop is amazing I worked here as an employee and the manager was kind nice and did alot to honestly change my life for the better, it was a nice environment and everything they did made me know I was in a safe place the price tags where always done correctly the store always smells refreshing and nice and it's always organized they try there best to help out every single customer and every time I come and visit since my departure the store always looks better and better I recommend this store over the others cause it's always a nice calming environment and you can most of the time find what you need but if you can't the manager and staff are eager to help you get that product into your hands there's a system that let's you order online and have it delivered to the store and this store is always on top of having it's delivery's ready for the customers pick up I've seen them pack online orders aswell and they are always careful making sure people's packages aren't destroyed overall this place is very very nice and recommended and the staff team is great and trys there best.”
“Yazmin is very humble and takes her time with each client. Always very cheerful and happy, his colleagues are equally good people, they don't speak 100% Spanish, but the attempt is what matters. Other places, you speak Spanish to them and they look at you badly or they don't serve you here on the airline. I recommend them for anything here. They will help you Yazmin, follow how you are doing, that store is filled with Hispanics because of your way of serving people, very good service.”

The wait was longer than we anticipated but that’s how horrible the back of my husbands phone was.
