Metro by T-Mobile provides good service with great and awesome customer service from respectful, professional, and kind people. Staff are helpful and care about customer satisfaction, with managers able to provide good deals. However, there is an issue where a screen protector was sold that did not fit a phone and the correct one has not been supplied. Some customers also report getting the run around from the company itself before being helped at this location. Overall, many customers leave satisfied and happy.
