“I haven't had a phone for nearly 6 months and things just kept popping up or being too expensive. I finally decided to go to CPR and Lucas I think their name was helped me a ton. Fixed it within a few hours and even helped me above what I expected just to make sure I didn't have to go another day without a lifeline. Also it is the least expensive place I have personally found in Shreveport, Bossier and Haughton after going to, no exaggeration, 13 different places. Also, this is a bit silly to point out, but I like that the storefront signage is obvious from the street. It makes not having a GPS in shreveport less terrifying.”

“I encountered Nija at the N.Market location near Brookshires on yesterday. When I arrived she was working the store alone and there were 3 other customers before me with lengthy issues, I was just amazed at her patience and friendliness throughout every encounter. Watching her resolve everyone else’s issue made me wait patiently for my turn. I was there to get my daughter’s replacement phone setup and she took the initiative to explain my bill & how something wasn’t right with me having 4 lines, and sure enough I had been overcharged all this time due to my plans not being setup properly, never was receiving my 4 line discount! I was blown AWAY ?️KUDOS TO NIJA! We need more caring ppl like her❤️”

“Mid State Communications is very professional in appearance and has a good business ethic. James runs this location, and performs most of the service calls for the I20 corridor. They specialize in EF Johnson, Kenwood, Ritron, Hytera, and Icom brands. I'd recommend this family owned business anytime I require installs or radio work to be done.”

My husband's phone completely quit charging and this is his work phone and it was the 4th of July and we didn't expect such great service on a holiday when most businesses are closed. John made us feel at ease with trading our old phone in,infact we traded both phones in after he explained the benefits and savings to us. He made the transaction smooth and easily explained to us. The overall experience was truly professional and trustworthy . I look forward to doing business again with John. We enjoy our new S26Plus phones and are satisfied with the billing amount. “I went to the boost mobile store at pines Rd to get my phone checked as it was acting up. The agent there named Mohammed quickly found out the problem and explained to me in detail what had made the phone act up. He quickly fixed my phone and also helped to understand the offers that the boost mobile has provided me for being a loyal customer for a long time. The same phone other companies offered me was a way higher price but Mohammed worked with me with my budget and hooked me up.
All time favorite Boost Mobile at Pines road.
