“Many thanks to Darius and the team at this store. My elderly mother's phone died and she needed help picking a new phone. I live in Houston and have her on my plan. It's not always an easy task to help someone who's not tech savvy and me not being there to help was stressful. It was nice speaking on the phone with Darius, who was willing to work patiently on getting her set up. True customer service was very much appreciated. He even helped guide her to a phone that fit her budget. She was so worried about losing her photos and he even got those recovered. A million thanks.”

“I encountered Nija at the N.Market location near Brookshires on yesterday. When I arrived she was working the store alone and there were 3 other customers before me with lengthy issues, I was just amazed at her patience and friendliness throughout every encounter. Watching her resolve everyone else’s issue made me wait patiently for my turn. I was there to get my daughter’s replacement phone setup and she took the initiative to explain my bill & how something wasn’t right with me having 4 lines, and sure enough I had been overcharged all this time due to my plans not being setup properly, never was receiving my 4 line discount! I was blown AWAY ?️KUDOS TO NIJA! We need more caring ppl like her❤️”

“I recently visited this AT&T store during a very difficult and unexpected transition in my personal life. I came in hoping to be removed from an existing account and establish service on my own. Unfortunately, because I was only listed as an authorized user and not the primary account holder, the process wasn’t quite as simple as I had hoped, and I essentially had to start over. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience was made so much easier because of the kindness, patience, and compassion I received from Jey. He took the time to understand my situation, walked me through my options, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get connected again. It may have just been another day at work for him, but for me, his kindness genuinely mattered. I was already dealing with a hurtful and emotional situation, and being treated with such consideration made the entire process feel a little less overwhelming. I’m incredibly grateful for the help I received and for the compassion he showed me when I really needed it. Thank you for turning what could have been another difficult part of an already hard situation into such a smooth and positive experience.”
