“I had a phone that was restarting constantly. Andy was able to diagnose and repair the issue within a matter of 5-10 minutes and noticed it was the result of faulty work from a previous insurance repair performed elsewhere (they forgot to put backs a couple of small metal plates that hold a clip in that came loose). I walked in, left for 30-40 minutes, and came back to a phone that was working properly. Thank you Andy for the quick and professional service.”

“This is by far the best store I’ve ever been to! The customer service never fails and they never have problems answering my questions and if they don’t know they will call until they figure out! Great energy at this store. Megan has been in every time I’ve gone in and I can tell that she loves what she does and it truly makes the phone buying process so much better! Breanna is by far the best person I’ve ever had put a screen protector on.. she has never left a bubble or the protector off center! Will definitely be back if I have any issues or looking to upgrade again!”

“Very happy with the service I experienced with Lezlie today. I came in like ok’ing to save on my monthly wireless bill. I was paying nearly $600 a month with my previous provider for 5 lines. Switching to cricket I am not only paying $160 a month. We ended up bringing in 3 phones and buying 2 at the store. Lezlie was even kind enough to make some recommendations on where to sell our old phones. I was very impressed with her attention and outstanding customer service. “Appreciate the employees here at the store trying to help me out with a stupid situation. Store experience was great. Ordering stuff online from T-Mobile can get very messy, and the only "solution" corporate could provide is to wait an unknown amount of time. This review is reflective of the store and the associates who helped (didn't get their names, but it was a newer associate and her manager it appeared). 5 stars to y'all even though I'm not the biggest T-Mobile fan at the moment since corporate's attempts to resolve customer service issues are laughable. I'll be back to get my Apple Watch Series 9 as soon when they're in stock. I will obviously not be ordering that online lol, learned my lesson”

“Didn't have what we needed but we're super helpful and pleasant. They pointed me to the game exchange which we ended up loving just as much as gamestop but had never even heard of. The store was definitely well stopped but what we were looking for isn't even sold in stores anymore as much as more likely to find on eBay as I found out later. So not having what I needed wasn't an issue with them so much is what I was looking for being a bit rare and obscure. Basically though I've never been to a GameStop I didn't enjoy in some way or another and this was no different. I found it extremely funny how close to two GameStops were to each other in this area though so apparently there's a great need for GameStops. I'm definitely happy we have them.”
