“Wayne’s had done some car. repairs covered by insurance about a year ago. Not long after that, the upper case where you press for inside lights and store your eyeglass looked like it was not mounted properly so it hung down in the headliner. I was going to trade my car in but decided to keep it so I called Wayne’s to see if they could fix it, scared of the cost.
Phillip said bring it in it may be a clip simple fix.
Sure enough, Phillip left his project he was working on and came right out. Popped it open, added a small bracket and it was done!
I asked how much I owed he said nothing we probably left the tiny part off by mistake when we worked on it. I offered him to give him some cash for lunch but again he declined.
I do not know if he will see this post but I hope someone in the organization does.

“The sales process here, specifically with Jason Tarver, was EXCELLENT! Found a G580 in the spec we wanted. Spoke with Jason but also informed him we were in the middle of moving and it might be a bit before we make this happen. He was super understanding, reached out to see how the move was going and offered to be of assistance whenever we were ready. We reached back out and seriously, the entire process was so quick and smooth I wouldn't believe we were purchasing a vehicle if it weren't sitting in the garage. We're in Atlanta and Jason and the MBBR team took care of EVERYTHING. In the past two years we've bought 5 or 6 cars remotely and this truly was the only time it was completely 'hands-off' for us. We ended up buying an S580 a week later from a different dealer (sadly MBBR didn't have a spec near what we wanted) but that dealer made us realize just how far ABOVE and BEYOND MBBR went for us.
