“I bought three iPhone 18 Pro Max phones. The member of staff who attended to me was definitely very rude. I told her I was from Turkey and that I didn’t know much about the phone, as this was my first Apple device. The woman insisted I buy a 20-watt charging adapter. Whilst I was trying to explain Apple’s new fast-charging feature to her, she didn’t even know what it was. You simply don’t treat people this rudely. I’m adding this review here in the hope that she might read it and realise her mistake. Also, as I do not know her name, I cannot mention it, but I can provide a description if necessary.”
