“Super helpful and worked with me to get me as close as possible to what I needed. Highly recommend coming to see Trell for all
Your needs. I know I’ll be coming back!”
“Great place to work with. Mia made my purchase super easy and simple even though I was out of state. Shipping costs were reasonable and not inflated. I would definitely buy from again as I couldn't be happier with my item.”
“I purchased from this business to replace a sentimental item lost. Their description of the watch and its condition was incredibly conservative. Their site said “very good”. It was almost new. They were absolutely amazing to deal with.”
“The crew at Pelican Pawn on Sherewood are an exceptional group of people! They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Whether you’re in a vulnerable situation and in need financial assistance or looking for a gift for that special someone, they are on board to help! The internet has nothing on them when it comes to product knowledge. Kudos to the owner of Pelican Pawn for assembling & supporting this outstanding group of individuals. They are all openly gratuitous when it comes to their employment and affiliation with Pelican Pawn. Happy associates change the atmosphere for not only each other, but every potential customer that walks in the door.”
“I love working with this company. They employees are very courteous, professional respectable. They’re all around five times star keep the crew you have cause they’re awesome.”
“Had the pleasure of meeting Trey when I came in with some coins and rings I didn't know much about, he got me squared away and was a very charismatic guy to talk to. Def recommend”
“I keep seeing negative reviews, and there may be some truth to some of them. But my experience was great. My entire transaction was done over the phone. I live 5 1/2 hours away. I emailed the store, they messaged me back. They called me and we worked out the deal. They setup shipping to my FFL, and sent me a tracking number. The phone call was very pleasant. Friendly, told me everything I needed to know and informed me that they would send the tracking as soon as my FFL sent over their info. It was done within minutes.
The business is under new ownership. They are trying to recover from some bad experiences before. There will always be negative reviews for pawn shops because the shops will not give retail prices for stuff. That's not how the business works.
My experience was great. I felt confident and informed during the whole thing. Great job! I will shop here when I get a chance to go by.”
“Had a great experience at this location. Customer service was immaculate and the clerk was patient with me until I found the right chain I wanted. Thanks again Ms. Tiffany.”

“I had a really positive experience at this pawn shop. The staff was professional, fair, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and offered a great price without any pressure. The shop was clean and well-organized, with a solid selection of quality items. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking to buy, sell, or trade.”
“One of the best pawn shops in BR if you need a loan on jewelry, I’ve been a customer a few times here and was always pleased. The only place I will trust with my items and they don’t lowball you like other places in the city.”
“Went there yesterday and the two ladies were so sweet! I bought a baby bed for a great price. The lady who checked me out even loaded my car, which was super helpful! Clean, organized place. Thank you! ?”
