“I keep seeing negative reviews, and there may be some truth to some of them. But my experience was great. My entire transaction was done over the phone. I live 5 1/2 hours away. I emailed the store, they messaged me back. They called me and we worked out the deal. They setup shipping to my FFL, and sent me a tracking number. The phone call was very pleasant. Friendly,told me everything I needed to know and informed me that they would send the tracking as soon as my FFL sent over their info. It was done within minutes.
The business is under new ownership. They are trying to recover from some bad experiences before. There will always be negative reviews for pawn shops because the shops will not give retail prices for stuff. That's not how the business works.
