“Ok. It’s a Walmart. But drive in the parking lot and you do not see carts all over the parking lot. This Walmart has the best cart crew of any Walmart. Go in, it’s clean and well managed. It’s still a Walmart but definitely at the top concerning customer experience.”
“Was once the greatest--how is it now? Back then there was no Costco. This place is similar to Costco and hence the comparison---set up is eerily similar as well ---walk in and there's electronics. Go to back left--or the counterclockwise direction and there's stuff then bakery and fruits and d meats etc etc---to me just like Costco. Both places even have a dining area with 1 low priced item to attract you to eat while there. And there's an auto area for tires. It seems not as well lit as Costco. Here are my conclusions---if the stuff you want is more readily available and at a better price at 1 place then that's your go to. If not then it's how you feel. That said, my vibe is that at Costco things move better and you feel like your waiting is minimal (except automotive). At Sam's, I have never dealt with automotive but it seems like checking out is more difficult than Costco and I have not eaten at Sams----always see a line and people waiting so I decide not to wait. Also, in my case, I noticed that there are items for sale at Costco--multiple Asian noodle/soup offerings--which I have only seen 1 at Sam's--overall, I think if you like SAMs then go there--if you like Costco then go there---if you have time then go to both. Sam's is a nice place and deserves our support.”
“My experience is always great. When I have to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy it is always quick and easy. The employees are always so helpful with any questions you may have. I love my Walmart's. We have four in the area where I live I visit all of them”

“I MUST say how grateful I am for having to be helped my Ms Janasia at store #16478. Honestly the team there are wonderful. I have to spotlight Janasia bc she went above and beyond to assist. She said that it wouldn't be in until the 9th. But something didnt sit right with her and she investigated further. Then she saw the 16th and that had her even more confused. She asked me to have a seat because she needed to check something. Came back to the computer, went back to the nack and stated that it is in. She went above and beyond what most would hve done. I appreciate her knowledge of her job, her professional, her dedication to assist her customers and ability to see things through until solved. The job force is lacking people with accountability. Thank you Ms Janasia, what might have been everyday for you, is a heartfelt gratitude for your persistence to get the job done.”

“These are the absolute best local pharmacies in the greater Baton Rouge area! They are like family to us as we have been with them for 6 years now and counting. They have the friendliest service with Miss Ruth working the front desk, she is the sweetest lady you will have ever met if you ever get the chance for her to Grace your presence. She is an absolute delight to the world and drives their customer service through the roof. All three pharmacies including two male and one female are superb at their job and customer service alike. I have had several mistakes made by them over the years as can be expected but every time they always take my word for it and correct the problem. IF YOU DON'T MAKE ANY OTHER GOOD DECISION THIS YEAR THEN MAKE THE SWITCH TO MESSINA'S PHARMACY! I PROMISE YOU YOU WON'T REGRET IT!”
